Hemerocallis
‘Moments That Linger’ is a 60% polymerous 2013 introduction. http://daylily.net/nc_introductions/moments_that_linger.htm

H.
** 'Moments That Linger'** falls into that color category of the true type reds without muddy undertones. I particularly like this flower as it seems to behave differently, yet wonderfully, depending on how much water it gets. I registered it as 6 ½ inches but after heavy rains it can go beyond 7 ½ and take on a more elongated appearance on 30 inch tall scapes.

At 60% it is not one of my highest percentage polymerous introductions but it has a remarkable ability to set pods easily and I feel this is an important plant for those hybridizers that need to increase their seed production. The parentage is unknown on this cultivar but I believe it does involve
H.
** 'Carolina Octopus'** either directly or one generation removed, however, I have not idea who the full-form flower was that shared the cross. I also feel that
H.
'Moments That Linger' is an excellent plant to cross with both spidery type polymerous daylilies as well as full forms across all color ranges.

This diploid beauty is semi-evergreen and is in full bloom for the peak daylily season.
